3/10/10 - Just updated the Weekly Memory Verse then updated the March Memory Verses Page and updated the dates on my Arbor Day pages too. I am still working on updating the Holiday April Page and all the April related pages.

3/1/10 - I got a phishing spoof email that looks like it came from Amazon.com today but it didn't. So I thought I would take the opportunity to remind you to always be careful and never give any of your peronals information to a site without checking first to make sure it is real or not. For Amazon you can go to this page and you should report it if you do get an email like I did today. 2/15/10 - I am updating the Winter Olympic Page daily now. Just added a new feature to the page that is Baptist Press Olympics and Sports News to the page and it is updated daily also. I will be posting the olympic daily counts each evening during the olympics too. So stop by my Annie's Winter Olympic Welcome Page and see how it looks!!!

1/31/10 - Updated the Psalm A Day older pages to have a link on them to the latest 2010 page. And created the Psalm A Day Page for March 2010 and uploaded that today. Also put the current year date for the February related holiday pages like: Lent and Mardi Gras. You can find all the february related holidays on this page: Annie's February Holiday Pages or you can check out the 2010 page that lists all the major holidays for the year. I still have one or two of the February pages still to update but most of them are done for the month. And finally changed the verse for the weekly memory verse. Sorry that I didn't get that updated sooner.

1/17/10 - Sorry I have been remiss in updating the Weekly Memory Verse this new year. I did update the verse for today and it is one of my favorite ones. 12/30/09 - Updated the weekly memory verse: "Weekly Memory Verse"

12/20/09 - I updated a few of the Spanish pages. BUT updated the top 10 pages in English and Spanish. Most of them are Spanish pages in the English top 10. If you can speak Spanish and have some time to help update them let me know. Even if you can just do a little once a week that would be helpful since I don't speak Spanish at all. I updated the Spanish December page too. And I also updated some of the January Holiday pages so they reflect the correct date on the page for 2010. The New Year pages were part of those that were updated!

12/19/09 - I decorated the main page for the holidays so stop by and get in the holiday spirit! I also changed the weekly Bible memory verse on Wednesday too. I finished updating the January 2010 pages and you can see them all listed on this page: Annie's January Holiday Page If you haven't seen the new 2010 Holiday Page stop by there too! I was reminded of the help send Bibles page. It is like The Hunger Site where you click on a link each day and it helps send food and you can also send Bibles the same way. Just visit the site every day and click on the link it is that simple! I even got started on the February pages too. I got both the card pages done for January Cards and February Cards too!! Don't forget to stop by my Daily Psalm a day page too. I have them done for December Psalms, January Psalms and I am working on the February Psalm a day page now. 12/6/09 - Not sure if I shared this before but I go to The Hunger Site ever day and click on the botton that helps the hungry! This link will take you to a page that explains free ways you too can help. What I did was sign up for an automatic email that comes to my inbox every morning and I just click on the link that takes me to their site to a page and all I have to do is click the orange button. I just wanted you to do this with me so that we can help as many people as possible!!! And don't forget the Free Rice Game. I enjoy the game where you try to get the correct definition of the word and also the classic artwork pieces for you to choose the correct artist. There are many other games for you to choose from. Stop by and check out the Free Rice Game site!!

11/22/09 - The "Weekly Memory Verse" Page is updated I did that Thursday I think. Also I spent a lot of time today working on the rest of the December pages and even got the Psalm A Day Page done for the month!!! You can see the December pages here: Holiday December page

11/18/09 - I spend some time working on the 2010 page and was able to update a few other holiday pages. I have some of the Holiday January page done and I updated the dates on the top for MLK Day for the next few years. Then put a few dates on these pages: Mardi Gras & Advent page.

10/29/09 - Just updated my Advent pages in English and Spanish!

10/28/09 - Today is my Dad's birthday!! This coming Sunday is when the time changes. So go and send yourself a free email reminder so you don't for get to change your clocks. 10/23/09 -- I just finally got back to working on the weekly memory verse and changed it for the week. If you didn't know I had two tears in my left retina in July and lost vision in that eye within 2 hours of having 4 long floaters go over the eye. Then I had to have surgery on the eye that took 2 and a half hours and they put a gas bubble in the eye. I finally have my vision back in the eye. Thank you all for your prayers. So now I will start working to get caught up on the pages that are month and date sensitive. I am also going to get started on the 2010 page that will be like the 2009 page and will post it here when it is finally finished. Today I received a prayer request for a young lady in university that lost her mother in a car accident last night. Please lift up Laura in your prayers. 10/20/09 -- The cards that I have offered on my site for many years now have had a change in management and they have removed most of the Christian cards and the American related cards. So if you know of an alternative free card shop please let me know.

10/5/09 - I have updated some of the October pages. They are listed on the
October Holiday page. I am doing a lot better with my vision in my left eye. I still have a small amount of the gas bubble they had to put in it from the retina surgery but at least there were only the 2 retina tears and there weren't any detachments. It was was horrible when the first tear happened and I lost vision within two hours the first tear but I know that it could have been worse then it was. I have been offering free cards on my site (Annie's Card Shop) for many many years now and they are maintained by 123 Greetings. Unfortunately they have been making a lot of changes and have decided not to offer some of the cards that I have had for years. So you might find that some of the cards are not offered anymore but I am working with them to try to see if we can't offer some new and different cards in the near future.

9/9/09 - Just updated another two more of the September pages: Annie's "Month of September" Page & Annie's "September Events & Dates" Page September happens to be Pain Awareness Month. So since I deal with constant chronic pain myself I thought I would remind you of my Chronic Pain & Illness pages that I created a while back. 9/8/09 - I forgot to mention that I did get the weekly memory verse changed aand posted. So if you haven't checked this weeks Bible Memory Verse you and see it here! I just wanted to encourage you again to memorize scriptures. If you want to see some of the older Bible Veres that have been chosen before you can find them each month and they are listed by year. For example you can see September Memory Verses on this page HERE! Or visit my other related page called: Annie's Verse A Day Page it has a listing of all the related pages. When my brother was killed it was one of the things along with prayer that carried me thru those difficult days. I also will say Bible verses either out loud or quietly in my mind when I am dealing with a problem like a panic attack. Just saying a Bible over and over again can help you deal with whatever you are dealing with.

9/7/09 - I am still trying to play catch up getting the September pages and the holiday pages updated. I went ahead and have updated the September Holiday page and the main page too. Dad is still having problems with balance and almost fell Saturday. He had been to his Men's Prayer Breakfast and was pretty much exhausted but he was just standing and all of a sudden his legs buckled under him and he hit the chair really hard and now has a chest wall contusion so please pray about that with us. Smitty was still there after bringing Dad home and he was able to catch Dad before he hit the floor after hitting the chair. He went to urgent care and they mentioned that with Dad's history we need to be careful to watch that he doesn't get pneumonia so he has to do deep breathing and ice every four hours. I can't believe that it has been so long since the first tear in my retina happened in my left eye on the 4th of July weekend. I still have a bubble in my eye and don't have full vision back yet. During surgery which was 2 1/2 hours the Dr did find a second tear when he went in and had to freeze the second tear and then clean up the hemorrhaging in the eye too. He also replaced the fluid with the bubble. Through everything with Dad's surgery, hospitial stays and with my eye surgery it has been really difficult BUT God is faithful and loves us so much. So with encouragement and PRAYER and trying really hard to let go and let the Lord work things out during all that we are going through I have been so blessed so see little windows of understanding into why certain things have happened the way they have. The Lord's plan is so complex and amazing and He orchestrates our lives with such care and detail but it is often hard for us to see and understand that. I just have been so blessed lately to see some days why certain things happen. So thank you for all your prayers that have been the reason that things haven't been worse and that things are like Romans 8:28 says "all working together for good"!!

8/30/09 - Well my eye surgery went well but I have a bubble in my eye & that normally takes 6 to 12 weeks for the full vision to return. The surgery was 2 1/2 hours and I have been sick since then.

8/4/09 - Sorry for taking so long to get another update here for you. I had to have eye surgery on 7/23/09. They found a second tear in the eye and stopped the hemorrhaging and had to laser and freeze the new tear. So I have had to lay on my side since surgery because they put a bubble in the eye. The doctor said that I won't be able to see out of the left eye for probably 8 to 12 weeks after surgery. Dad was finally discharged from the nursing home the 31st. So Mom has had her hands full. As you can see I am still not finished with the August pages. Thank you all so much for your prayers and emails. Love Annie

7/4/09 - I am sorry that I haven't finished up all the July related pages yet. I found out Friday that I have a tear in the retina and bleeding in my left eye. Dad is still in the nursing home for rehab for the stroke and blood clot in the basilar artery. Thank you so much for all your prayers for me and my family!! +++++ Love Annie

6/30/09 - Sorry that I didn't updated you on Dad yet. He is still in the nursing home for rehab from the stroke, brain clot and rotary cuff surgery. Thank you for your continued prayers for me and my family!!

6/8/09 - Thank you all so much for your continued prayers for my father! It will be two years in September since Dad had quadruple bypass surgery and an endarterectomy. Dad's had the surgery to repair his torn rotoary cuff in his right shoulder 6/8/09. Thank you all so much for continuing to pray for my parents and for me. We all really appreciate your prayers and encouraging words so much. If you or your family are dealing with health problems and need prayer please consider sending in a prayer request to Annie's EE's (Email Encouragers). You can send your prayer requests to Lisa who gathers them from the website for me and then she sends them on to me because I do the daily prayer mailings now!!

5/13/09 - Just changed the weekly memory verse page for the week.

5/1/09 - Sorry for the problems with my site today. The server has been having problems all day. Hopefully it is all fixed now.

4/30/09 - Changed the weekly memory verse Page. I have been working on trying to get all the May related pages finished the last week or so. You can find them all listed on this page: Annie's Holiday May Page. I added a new quote to the main page.

3/9/09 - Each Month I update the related Monthly Holiday Page! Then I updated the related holiday pages for that month. So on the related month and this month is March. So for example I updated the date for St Patrick's Day is always the same day each year. But Mothering Sunday in the UK is on the 4th Sunday of Lent!!
